Three Options

  • Mode one:    21 days on / 7 days off           plus 15 days annual leave       80h
  • Mode two:     42 days on / 21 days off         no annual leave                       75h
  • Mode three:  15 days on / 15 days off         no annual leave                       67h

Minimum Requirements

  • More than 3000+ flighthours
  • Minimum 500 PIC hours on A319/A320/A321
  • (less PIC hours could be accepted)
  • Age 55 and below
  • Valid ATPL
  • Valid passport (home country must have diplomatic relations with China)
  • No criminal record
  • No accident / incident record
  • Valid first class medical certificate
  • Current A320 proficiency check record
  • ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency

Pattern & Package

Mode One : 21 days on / 7 days off       15 days annual leave

Annual package USD 244,000 to USD 251,000 plus overtime pay USD 200/ hour when over 80 hours / month

(All payments are net values after applicable tax in China paid by the airline)

  • USD 18,000 per month basic service fee
  • USD 10,000 per year international air ticket subsidies
  • USD       200 per hour overtime fee (above 80 h paid in RMB))
  • USD 10,000 safety bonus for each 12 month service period in RMB
  • USD    8,000 annual service bonus (1st year) in RMB
  • USD 12,000 annual service bonus (2nd year) in RMB
  • USD 15,000 annual service bonus (3rd year) in RMB
  • USD 15,000 after expiration of three years and for a renewal in RMB
  • USD 15,000 annual service bonus (for every following year) in RMB

Mode Two : 42 days on / 21 days off     no annual leave

Annual package USD 227,200 to USD 234,200 plus overtime pay USD 200/ hour over 75 hours / month

(All payments are net values after applicable tax in China paid by the airline)

  • USD 16,600 per month basic service fee
  • USD 10,000 per year international air ticket subsidies
  • USD       200 per hour overtime fee (above 75 h paid in RMB )
  • USD 10,000 safety bonus for each 12 month service period in RMB
  • USD    8,000 annual service bonus (1st year) in RMB
  • USD 12,000 annual service bonus (2nd year) in RMB
  • USD 15,000 annual service bonus (3rd year) in RMB
  • USD 15,000 after expiration of three years and for a renewal in RMB
  • USD 15,000 annual service bonus (for every following year) in RMB

Mode Three : 15 days on / 15 days off              no annual leave

Annual package USD 190,000 to USD 197,000 plus overtime pay USD 200/ hour over 67 hours / month

  • USD 13,500 per month basic service fee
  • USD 10,000 per year international air ticket subsidies
  • USD       200 per hour overtime fee (above 67 h paid in RMB )
  • USD 10,000 safety bonus for each 12 month service period in RMB
  • USD    8,000 annual service bonus (1st year) in RMB
  • USD 12,000 annual service bonus (2nd year) in RMB
  • USD 15,000 annual service bonus (3rd year) in RMB
  • USD 15,000 after expiration of three years and for a renewal in RMB

  • Employers' liability insurance, supplemental medical insurance, are offered
  • Loss of licence insurance could be shared with the company (50 % for the pilot)
