A320 Captain – Beijing Capital Airline

Four Options

Package 1: 45 days OFF in low season month, 30 days OFF in high season month
Package 2: 6 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF
Package 3: 6 weeks ON, 3 weeks OFF
Package 4: 28 days ON, 28 days OFF

Contract Term

3 years (renewable at 5 years increments))

Location (base)

Beijing, Xi´an, Guangzhou, Sanya, Haikou, Qingdao and Hangzhou

Screening items

• Interview;
• ICAO English test approved by CAAC;
• ATPL test organized by CAAC;
• Physical examination to foreign pilots approved by CAAC;
• Company’s simulator examination is recommended;
• CAAC’s simulator examination.

Minimum Requirements

• More than      2800+ flight hours
• Minimum        500 PIC hours on A320 family
• special           >500 PIC hours can be compensated by more total hours
• Age                55 and below
• Valid ATPL     no licence limitations
• Valid passport (home country must have diplomatic relations with China)
• No criminal record
• No accident / incident record
• Valid first class medical certificate
• Active flight within the last 12 month´s
• Current A320 proficiency check record (within 6 month)
• ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
• Excellent oral and written English skills

Pattern & Package

Package One: 45 days off during Low season and 30 days OFF during peak season
        peak season:    Jan 01 - March 15, July 01 - Oct 15
        low season:      March 16 - June 30, Oct 16 - Dec 31

Annual package USD 274,000 + USD 16,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 300/ hour when over 80 hours/ month

(All payments are net values after applicable tax in China paid by the airline)

• USD 19 000 per month basic service fee
• USD 10,000 travel allowance per year
• USD 16,000 per year annual bonus
• USD   6,000 per year safety bonus
• USD   2,500 per month Living allowance

Package Two: 6 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF

Annual package USD 262,000 + USD 16,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 200/ hour over 80 hours/ month

• USD 18 000 per month basic service fee
• USD 10,000 travel allowance per year
• USD 16,000 annual bonus
• USD    6,000 safety bonus
• USD    2,500  per month Living allowance

Package Three: 6 weeks ON, 3 weeks OFF

Annual package USD 219,400 + USD 16,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 200/hour over 650 hours/year

• USD 16,000 per month basic service fee
• USD   8,000 per year Travelallowance 
• USD 13,000 annual bonus
• USD   5,000 safety bonus
• USD   1,200 per month Living allowance

Package Four: 28 days ON, 28 days OFF

Annual package USD 1683,000 + USD 16,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 200/hour over 550 hours/year

• USD 13,500 per month bascic service fee
• USD   6,000 per year Travelallowance
• USD 10,000 annual bonus
